Integrative Anxiety Coach & Licensed Professional Counselor
After experiencing her own struggles with anxiety and discovering underlying factors like genetic variations, nutrition, and nervous system dysregulation, Katie became passionate about understanding the deeper roots of anxiety.
Through years of learning and personal experimentation, she developed an approach that combines functional health principles, nervous system regulation, attachment theory, and trauma-informed practices.
Katie created The Restore Method to help others move beyond simply managing anxiety and begin addressing the biological, emotional, and lifestyle factors that influence how they feel — so they can build long-term stability, resilience, and empowerment in their healing process.
